Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account. If you signed in, your progress is also stored on our servers. Use one of the two routes below to remove it.
Option 1 — in the app (immediate)
- Open the app and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account (اکاؤنٹ ڈیلیٹ کریں).
- Confirm on the warning dialog.
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it or recover the data afterwards.
Option 2 — by email
Email zubairidreesspn@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We verify the request comes from that address and complete it within 30 days (usually much sooner).
Use this route if you can no longer sign in — for example if you have lost access to the device.
What gets deleted

Nothing is retained after deletion and no backup copy of your account is kept. Server logs held by our infrastructure provider (which contain request metadata such as IP addresses, not your learning data) expire on that provider's own short retention schedule.
Downloaded audio
Lesson audio cached on your phone is not personal data and is not tied to your account. Uninstalling the app removes it, as does clearing the app's storage from Android settings.

ایپ اَن انسٹال کرنا اور اکاؤنٹ ڈیلیٹ کرنا ایک بات نہیں ہے۔ اگر آپ نے سائن اِن کیا تھا تو آپ کی پیش رفت ہمارے servers پر بھی محفوظ ہے۔ اسے ہٹانے کے لیے نیچے دیے گئے دو طریقوں میں سے کوئی ایک اختیار کریں۔
پہلا طریقہ — ایپ کے اندر سے (فوری)
- ایپ کھولیں اور یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ سائن اِن ہیں۔
- Account پر جائیں۔
- اکاؤنٹ ڈیلیٹ کریں دبائیں۔
- تنبیہ والے box میں تصدیق کریں۔
ڈیلیٹ فوراً ہو جاتا ہے۔ نہ کوئی انتظار کا وقت ہے، نہ اسے واپس لانے کا کوئی طریقہ۔
دوسرا طریقہ — ای میل کے ذریعے
جس ای میل ایڈریس سے آپ نے سائن اَپ کیا تھا، اُسی سے zubairidreesspn@gmail.com پر ڈیلیٹ کرنے کی درخواست بھیجیں۔ ہم تصدیق کر کے 30 دن کے اندر (عموماً بہت پہلے) یہ کام مکمل کر دیتے ہیں۔
یہ طریقہ اُس صورت میں استعمال کریں جب آپ سائن اِن نہ کر پا رہے ہوں۔
کیا کیا ڈیلیٹ ہوتا ہے
- آپ کا اکاؤنٹ اور ای میل ایڈریس — ہمیشہ کے لیے
- سبق کی پیش رفت اور مکمل کیے گئے سبق کی تاریخ — ہمیشہ کے لیے
- XP، streak اور energy — ہمیشہ کے لیے
- ڈیوائس پر محفوظ پیش رفت — ایپ کے اندر سے ڈیلیٹ کرنے پر مٹ جاتی ہے
ڈیلیٹ کے بعد کچھ باقی نہیں رہتا اور آپ کے اکاؤنٹ کی کوئی backup کاپی نہیں رکھی جاتی۔
ڈاؤن لوڈ شدہ آڈیو
فون میں cache ہوئی سبق کی آڈیو ذاتی ڈیٹا نہیں ہے اور آپ کے اکاؤنٹ سے جڑی ہوئی نہیں۔ ایپ اَن انسٹال کرنے یا Android settings سے ایپ کا storage clear کرنے پر یہ ہٹ جاتی ہے۔
